KELLY ALLEN • INTERIOR DESIGNER

Making
Impressions.

Make a first, second and third impression. I take pride in every opportunity to awe my clients with attentive service, personal-to-you design, and an approachable personality. At the heart of my work is a collaborative spirit with a natural exuberance for every step of designing and executing creative vision.

Ever since I was a young child, creating well organized and pretty spaces has been my favorite way to spend time. It was playtime then, and it’s still like play today. I favor clean, modern lines with the use of natural materials. A well-designed environment causes exploration in every direction, making you want to peek around each corner and look into every room.

In 2004, I left a career in corporate philanthropy to pursue my childhood dream of being an interior designer. I spent the next 15 years designing for Room & Board, a national home furnishings retailer, before pursuing my next dream — Kelly Allen Design.

Fulfilling dreams is not a solo endeavor. Having strong personal relationships, a dedicated team, and exciting projects big or small, provides countless opportunities to realize design dreams and to keep making first, second and third impressions.

Let’s design together!

K.

2023 WINNER

MIDWEST HOME DESIGN AWARD

“I had the pleasure of working with Kelly on a large, custom remodel project. I found that Kelly was a vested partner in making design decisions that made the look and feel of the home exactly what the homeowner envisioned. Kelly is a ‘take charge’ caretaker of design implementation, but also extremely caring and easy to work with. I truly enjoyed working with Kelly and highly recommend her to others.”
